Experience up to three fine homes during your dedicated viewing (transportation cost between listings born by viewers). Choose between two approaches:
Direct Landlord Access: Negotiate directly with owners (for those listings with direct landlord access). We facilitate the introduction. Rental agreement will be arranged on your own. Your prepaid appointment fee serves as a one-off payment.
Full Agent Services: Enjoy end-to-end support—including negotiation, land registry checks, rental agreements, and stamp duty. Your prepaid viewing fee is fully deductible from the final commission (half a month's rent) i.e. You chose a listing at a monthly rent of HKD$20,000; prepaid HKD$2,000 appointment fee serves as a credit and is fully deductible from the final HKD$10,000 agent commission.
Appointment fee is non-refundable once appointments are confirmed, however, if scheduled listings have become unavailable, a replacement listing will be proposed.
In the event replacements are not possible / the proposed replacement listings are not accepted, appointment fee will be refunded proportionally.
